PRINT DESIGN
My foundation in print design was established at Michigan State University, where I studied design with a strong emphasis on prepress workflows and core design principles. These fundamentals have remained central to my work and continue to evolve with professional experience. To deepen my technical expertise, I pursued additional coursework in digital prepress at Lansing Community College after graduation.
While at Our Daily Bread Ministries, I was selected as a backup for lithographic prepress, a role that ultimately led to earning two respected Idealliance certifications. What I love about print design is the balance it strikes between creative expression and technical precision. The structured workflows and meticulous attention to detail are just as rewarding to me as the opportunity to explore layout, typography, and visual storytelling. Designing for print remains some of the most satisfying work I’ve done.
